tb303.com is a free fan project built and run by David Elfström Lilja (I/O Lab), Sweden. By using the site or creating an account you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

The service

tb303.com is a web recreation of a classic synthesizer plus a small community around it. It is provided as is, free of charge, with no uptime or data-loss guarantees. Back up patterns you care about using the export feature.
This is a fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Roland Corporation. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself.
One person, one account. Do not impersonate others.
You can delete your account at any time by emailing mail@davidlilja.se.

Your content

Patterns, posts, comments and profile content you create remain yours.
By making content public you give tb303.com permission to store it and show it to other visitors. That permission ends when you delete the content.
Do not post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, pornographic or spammy. Do not post other people's private information.

Moderation

Moderators may remove content and suspend or block accounts that break these rules, at their judgment, without prior notice.
If you believe something was removed in error, email us and we will look at it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, tb303.com and its operator are not liable for lost data, lost profits or damages arising from use of the site. The site may change or shut down at any time, though patterns would be exportable first if that ever happens.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the date above is updated and the change is announced on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
